If you will be driving to the Forum venue, the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center, please be advised that there will be road closures from October 22-27 due to the Taste of Atlanta. Spring Street will be closed between 4th and 10th Streets, which impacts getting to the hotel. They have provided a map (ignore the date) that shows how to access the parking garage from alternate streets.
