Farewell Message from Rachel Frick

Today is a day of mixed emotions.

After four years, I am planning my departure from CLIR and closing a chapter as director of the DLF program.

It has been an inspiration to work with such a dedicated and passionate community. We have traveled an amazing road together and I believe we are all the better for it.

As CLIR works with the members of the DLF Advisory Committee to search for a new program director, DLF Senior Program Associate Louisa Kwasigroch will be keeping the light on at the DLF office and working tirelessly to bring you the best DLF Forum.

The community representatives on the DLF Advisory Committee—Patricia Hswe, Trevor Munoz, Bess Sadler, Sarah Shreeves, and Jennifer Vinopal—will be providing critical support and guidance during this time of transition.

I am truly grateful and humbled by your kind words of support throughout the years, as well as the growth and continually increasing vibrancy of the DLF community.

I hope to continue to work with many of you, but in a different role, as I take on the new challenge as the Director of Business Development at the Digital Public Library of America.

All of my best,

Rachel L. Frick
