10	Search API into external repositories (Orange) Utilizing standard OKI adapter/bridge, ARTstor should be able to search and retrieve images from institution repositories based on FEDORA, DSPACE and commercial collection system such as VITAL which is also FEDORA based. ARTstor should be able to search and retrieve images from image.google.com with standard Google API. ARTstor should be able to search and retrieve JSTOR art journal articles by using JSTOR XML gateway

17	So far we ignore two major constraints! Who can do what! Authentication, Authorization and Intellectual Rights issues How do we resolve these issues?
18	Standards in Interoperability Following standard is a key point in Interoperability especially in Authentication, Authorization, metadata, metasearch and right expression. ARTstor has been participants in key Interoperability committees such as NISO – Metasearch Task Group, NISO - Right Expression for Digital Libraries Workshop Digital Libraries & Course Management System Interoperation Report Internet2 – Shibboleth project
